shipping policy
1 Key Switch works with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS who use local couriers to deliver your order directly to your home. We offer a flat shipping rate worldwide.
Payment is due at time of order and all payments are subject to verification and approval prior to shipment, which may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
shipping process
We typically require between 2-5 business days to process your order and hand it over to our shipping provider's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, particularly during major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items that are delayed due to stock availability.
Once your order is processed in our shipping area, no changes are possible (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We only ship on working days and not on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different days due to different locations of our manufacturing partners.
Once your order has been processed and shipped by us, you can expect your delivery in 5 - 14 days.
shipment tracking
All orders are processed with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping provider's sorting facility.
For some shipping carriers, it may take several days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
deliveries
While we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, 1 Key Switch cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may result in delays beyond our original delivery time estimates.
Customs duties, taxes and other fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. 1 Key Switch has no control over these charges, nor can we predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs that may apply.
Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. If you have any questions, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost/stolen/damaged packages:
1 Key Switch is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the delivery confirmation from the carrier when we investigate damage or return requests. We may not be able to honor your claim if it has not been reported.
Disclaimer for incorrect address:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered during the checkout process is correct. We will begin processing your order immediately, so no changes can be made once the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed in our shipping department, we will not be able to retrieve it to make an address change.
